If only given the "Placeholder" option, we are currently sold out for the date and time you have requested. If the Placeholder is chosen and you complete scheduling + payment, our office will be alerted and assign a sitter as soon as they become available.
- If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will credit the scheduling fee back to the client account.
- Our staff works to fill these requests in the order they are received and will notify you as soon as there is an update.
- If you prefer to cancel the request at any time, please email us, we are happy to credit the scheduling fee back to the client account.
